The GOP-controlled House voted to pass a bill that would raise the nation’s debt ceiling as the country approaches its default deadline as soon as this summer. President Biden says he’s happy to meet with House Speaker Kevin McCarthy but not on whether or not the debt limit gets extended, adding that's "not negotiable." Republican Rep.
