So most everybody that is handicapping this draft has Arvel Reese going to the Jets,

and that keeps getting stronger and stronger by the day, as he is the odds-on favorite

now to go number two to the New York Jets.

I think Jet fans would be thrilled with that pick.

We had talked also that maybe there was a chance of someone desperately wanted Jeremiah

love that they could maybe trade back and still have a shot at getting the guy they want

if it's Arvel Reese, but that's kind of being, you know, that might be a little bit too dangerous

if you love Arvel Reese.

Do you feel as we sit here just a couple of weeks away now that that's what the Jets are going to do? Because everybody's telling us that's what the Jets are going to. No, I feel like that's exactly what they're going to do. And by the way, this draft is going to be predominantly defensive in nature. There are a lot of really top-end defensive players here, especially edge rushers,

linebackers, safeties.

There'll be some wide receivers sprinkled in.

Maybe somebody comes back in and gets Ty Simpson.

I saw where the odds favor either the Jets or the Cardinals trading back into the first

round to get Ty Simpson, which I don't think would be a bad thing either for the New York Jets. If you'd like to develop a young quarterback and think maybe that the kid has something special. But he just hasn't played enough. He hasn't played a lot of football games, but it seems like he's a really good kid. And that's what you want. I mean, that's what they want. The quarterback position, they want kids that are going to be dedicated to position, really work hard, want them to be smart. And maybe the Jets or the Cardinals, who obviously don't have anybody in the mix right now for a future quarterback would take a roll or take a shot at maybe getting back into the first

round to take Ty Simpson.

That's kind of a general thinking around this young man.
