So, Eddie, we like to have fun on this show, right?

Of course.

Like to crack some laughs.

But every now and then there's sort of like a grown-up story that would touch on.

And I'm curious what you think about this one.

Von Miller with the Buffalo Bills.

So he was arrested last week for allegedly assaulting a pregnant woman in Texas.

And he has not been put on the commissioner's exempt list because there have been no formal

charges filed against Miller.

And so if the bills choose to play him, he can play.

Now, this is a third-degree felony.

That's according to the Glen Heights Police Department.

They confirmed the charge is a third degree felony.

And the bills, they came out on Wednesday and they said all the right things, right?

Like, hey, we take these allegations very seriously, yada, yada, yada.

But we're planning on playing him.

And I'm curious what you think about that because I understand him not being on the commissioner's

exempt list.

I get that there are no formal charges being filed.

But for it to be up to the team where, hey, you can play this guy who's arrested for allegedly doing what he did.

It's up to you.
