The Buffalo Bills have officially requested Brian Daibble as an interview candidate.

So we all knew that was going to happen.

And he's got just about as good a shot as any at this point.

Especially if Josh Allen wants them.

Yeah.

I mean, they can't be messing around.

I mean, you know, like I told you, I went through this right at this moment in my career

that he's getting ready to go through this, a coaching change.

Josh Allen.

Yes, Josh Allen.

And I have to say that there is nothing more unsettling for a player than having somebody takeover that doesn't really know who you are, doesn't know

what you like to do, and then they have to relearn who you are. And he is the best football

player in a league right now. I mean, everything he does at quarterback makes everybody around him

better. That's why they're able to go into games and win games with a less than stellar roster. So I would

be very, very sensitive to getting it right simply to make sure the best guy that we have

is going to be able to continue to do the things that he has done for us. Yeah, I mean,

this has got to be a highly coveted job, as we know, because of Josh Allen in his prime.

I don't know, though, if there's anybody other than Bill Belichick who is not coaching in the NFL right now

that would jump to go and take this job, especially this late in the game.
