We're going to continue to update you throughout this hour in the event that we officially

have a resolution on the drama that is continuing to take place in the House of Representatives,

whether or not you are going to be still seeing Kevin McCarthy as speaker of the House

remains to be seen.

And maybe we'll get a resolution on this issue as we move through out the course of this

hour.

Buck, we said as we finished off the last hour that we were going to talk about a bit

more the Trump legal process and the way that it is continuing to play itself out in New

York City.

Yesterday, the fraud trial of the Trump organization in general began, Trump went, stood on the

courthouse steps, had a lot to say about the judge, about Leticia James, who is the attorney

general of New York and who ran her campaign in 2018 based on the idea that she would go

after Trump.

And I think a lot of people are still confused about exactly what this case is and it's understandable

because we've got the New York City criminal trial.

We've got the DC criminal trial.

We've got South Florida criminal trial and we've got the Atlanta criminal trial.

This is civil and I feel like Buck, a lot of people still don't understand the difference
