So if we start with that, if I have nothing more to look at than the phrase election day,

I think this is the day in which everything is going to take place.

If we want faith in elections, you've got to have a firm deadline.

Why should ballots trickle in after election day and potentially flip results?

The law should be clear.

You count your votes if it's received by the deadline, not days later.

And that was Justice Alito, who was a little skeptical. He was simply reading the

English language out loud. And now, of course, the left is going to be melting down because of this

election day one day. It's literally in the name, election day. Yeah, you think it's important.
