Well, we got a lot to get to this hour, General Flynn.

It looks like it's over, the criminal problem for General Michael Flynn.

Federal Appeals Court just ruled moments ago to drop

all charges against General Michael Flynn. It was a stupid case based on absolutely nothing.

Comey has admitted to trying to set them up that normally you'd arrange to interview somebody in the

White House, give them a chance to interview somebody in the White House,

give them a chance to have a lawyer or something present,

but they just kind of, Comey says, he just sent the guys right over there,

told him not to get a lawyer,

and General Flynn thought it was a very informal, nothing little conversation.

And they used it to entrap him, accused him of lying to the FBI.

Even though the FBI agents who interviewed him said they didn't believe he was lying about anything.

But it was just a manufactured case.

It was all part of that stupid Russia hoax, this Russia collusion nonsense.

Hey, Joe Bart, looking back on it now, doesn't it seem preposterous?

You picture Donald Trump colluding with the Russians?

It was so flimsy, too.

It's amazing they won as far as it did.

But those of us who were around that campaign and him at the time,

just realized how silly it was. During that campaign, especially the first half of it, it was like four people. They couldn't even collude with each other. It was just a little homemade kid. You picture them colluding with Putin? On what? How would they be collusion? What would the collusion have been? I don't even, nobody ever explained what the collusion was.

Oh, it's simple. He wanted to build a hotel in Moscow. That's all.
