Hey, welcome to hour number two of the Mark Simone show. I am Joe Concha, Fox News contributor,

and I got a column in the New York Post today. It's my first. Please do read it about

Hyden Biden going AWOL as crises mount. We have an absentee president, an absentee vice president,

and it's just worth noting that when you look at Joe Biden's schedule on a daily basis.

And again, today, while I'm working, there is nothing on it. There was nothing on it Saturday.

There was nothing on it. On Sunday, there was nothing on it Thursday, nothing on it last Wednesday,

nothing on it last Tuesday. Had one thing on his schedule in a week, and that was going to East Palestine,

Ohio, 3708 days later.

So you could see why right now Democrats are panicking in all caps as far as this guy

being their nominee at this point.

But I do want to talk about the death of late night TV.

And it really is a shame. I mean, I used to

tape Letterman when I was in high school, college, you know, that would be a fun thing to watch

in the dorm. And this was Letterman on NBC Letterman. Went to CBS. It became more political,

but nothing like we are seeing today. And I'd watch old clips of Johnny Carson with Don Rickles and Bert Reynolds and Frank Sinatra.

And they just had a good time.

And the comedy was pure and it wasn't hateful.

And it was really just an testament to Carson's talent, Letterman's talent.

Leno was great as well.

I liked Conan O'Brien.

I thought he got a raw deal over at NBC when he took over the Tonight Show.

But it wasn't ever angry, right?
