Let's talk about the razor wire removal at the border.

This is what we know.

The Supreme Court has come down with a 5-4, a 5-4 decision on whether the Biden administration has the right to actively remove via Border Patrol this concertina or razor wire.

I believe barbed wire started with cattle ranchers in the American West

and then made its way to the front in World War I.

And then it became much more widespread.

And obviously, razor wire is a form of barbed wire.

Anyway, but they've been putting this barbed wire in a few places on the soil of the state of Texas.

Yes, it's obviously also U.S. land, but it is Texas soil, and they're putting this razor

wire down so that migrants will stop rushing through in these areas, and this is meant to make

it easier for Border Patrol to do their jobs and Texas National Guard to assist in this process.

I would be interested to see how both sides would play out in these legal arguments.

I mean, there's a few points to the razor wire side of the equation of the pro-raiser wire.

I don't know how else we say this.

I mean, the state of Texas, effectively.

Attorney General Paxton and Governor Abbott, we reached out to Governor Abbott. He's abroad right now,

but he'll, we'll be talking to him hopefully next week about this. There are a few things.

One is there's an argument that Texas has, as a state, sovereign right to put up barbed wire on Texas soil and this shouldn't be something,

you know, they have police powers.
