Not actively trying to trade them, but I think based on the actions of the last 48 hours, you have to be open-minded to everything.

But right now it's collection time here on Evan and Tiki because we like to make

long-term predictions. And then we find out if we're right. So let's start off with Pete Alonzo's

next contract back in June on this program. June. That's right. I think it was June 7th to be

exact. Why didn't we get into that on June?

I think Pete must have had a big night and I said, what do you guys think he's going to get paid? I think we had that discussion. Sometimes I wonder why we did it that day. The context was he had a big first two months of the season on the contract. Oh, so in total. Yeah. So he was, that's right. it was now another

prove it contract year

and he was having a big year.

He was definitely off to a great start, but what that day made us... A caller kind of brought it up, in essence, of, off of Pete's thing, is he kind of... Now it's going to cost the Mets even more money by playing games. Very good. this is the beauty of the call as As you ask a good question, we give you an answer, and we did save it. So back on June 7th, which, if my math is correct, was five months ago. We all gave our long-term prediction on what contract Pete Alonza would end up with. So let's go to our collection desk. Pete signed five years 155. So you nailed the years. You were off by $25 million, so $5 million

a year.
