Well, any second now, the judge's instructions to the jury will be ending.

He's in the final moments of it.

It's been going on for about 45 minutes.

Now, if you're on this jury yesterday, the closing arguments took eight

hours, eight hours, like two and a half from the defense, and then five hours, over five hours

from the prosecution. I've talked to attorneys, this is unheard of.

Nobody's ever, ever heard of a five-hour closing argument from the prosecution.

It indicates usually a very, very weak case.

If you got a good, solid case and evidence and facts and you presented enough reason

you just basically go over it in your closing, you summarize it. If you got to do five hours,

obviously you didn't have much of a case. But some very smart lawyers, the theory is they were

trying to just fog up the whole thing.

They didn't have much of a case.

So the five-hour closing was just to totally confuse and dazzle and fog up and blur the whole thing.

So basically you start over.

Then the jury, who they assume are Trump haters goes

into the jury room and convicts. You had the very goofy, very silly Robert De Niro, like a little

child, yelling and screaming. He's promising to use our own military to attack U.S. citizens.

That's the tyrant.

That's the tyrant he's telling us he'll be.
