dragging our credibility falsely the way Fox has admitted to dragging Dominion's credibility.

What's the price of that?

So you're saying something with emotion and these settlements are not done like that.

It's a pure business play.

What you do is you take the math of what is your probability of prevailing and then you multiply it by the lawyer's fees.

And then if you want to put some sort of percentage in for that, that sort of emotion or the trouble or some people put an hourly time amount,

I'm going to have to testify for three days and I'm going to have to spend two weeks preparing.

And so I judge that I'll be spending blank amount of money on myself to do it.

What I think happened here is both sides realize they're not sitting in Delaware for six weeks.

It is so prohibitively expensive to do a trial that long.

And what would be the likelihood? What would be the result?

Where does Fox think its exposure is? What is Dominion trying to get?

Is Dominion trying to get Fox to say they lied? Is Dominion trying to do anything other than get people not you?

They insisted on an apology.

But not to you. So here's the Dominion. Do you buy Dominion things?
