com. Nothing undermines a law faster than when your neighboring states sell the same thing legally for tax revenue.

Kind of makes everybody go, oh, wait, we're missing out on money. Prohibition stops being policy

and it starts being tourism. And that's what our neighboring states are experiencing in regards

to marijuana. So states eventually they're going to compete economically rather than ideologically.

And we saw it with alcohol. Alcohol prohibition collapsed

partly due to border state bootlegging. We saw it with gambling legalization. It spread state by

state once revenue became obvious. And now the same thing is happening with marijuana. So

medical only legislation, usually the first

domino, not the final destination, Ethan. So this is what it looks like. You got CBD and then medical

marijuana and then rec legalization. That's the pattern that a lot of states have followed. For

example, Colorado, California, Illinois.

They all started with medical programs before full legalization happened.

It could potentially be the same pattern that's going to happen in Kentucky as well.

So is that what we're dealing with here in Indiana?
