As we come on the air, the stock market is dropping.

It's down 500 points already.

That's because the new inflation report came out and inflation is much

higher than expected. They're hoping to make some progress on inflation. It's up. It's not, not good.

But now, if you've been in a supermarket, obviously you know, if you said to somebody,

are you better off than you are four years ago?

The only thing they could say is, well, now when I spend $100 on groceries,

I only have to carry one bag.

So that's the only improvement.

But if you've been in a restaurant, if you've been anywhere,

if you've been to McDonald's, in fact, McDonald's now has a special bundle meal, $25. It's the first time anything at McDonald's has

ever been $25. In fact, the ad for it is now gone viral all over the place, the McDonald's

$25 meal, which used to be $5.

So, I mean, and if you've been to, even the top restaurants, everything is changing.

There's two things going on in restaurants because their costs are through the roof.

If you look at the menu and a steak is $65 and you say, how the hell do they have the nerve to?

Well, it's costing them like $63.
