Filling in for Mark Simone, Mr. New York. It is a Friday after July 4th.

Hope you all enjoyed the fireworks last night. Just incredible to watch, even on TV.

And we are now in the home stretch of this presidential election and more and more, it's looking like Donald

Trump is going to be your 47 president. I mean, there's almost no doubt that this is going to

happen because, I mean, two reasons, really. You have President Biden performing the way he did, hard to believe that was just seven nights ago.

But the earthquake we've seen is not something I've seen as far as implosions, as far as a worst week, a party and a president possibly could have.

I got to go back to either George W. Bush and Katrina, which was a natural, you know, it's a natural disaster.

And people criticize his response.

But really, that was more on the mayor of New Orleans and the governor of Louisiana than George

W. Bush. I mean, Bush was on vacation like every other president is in August, and he flew over

New Orleans. And I guess he was supposed to land while search and rescue was still going on, which would

divert resources and people away from those

who needed it most. But people thought that Bush was somehow supposed to just parachute in there

and do a speech, and that would make it all okay. I mean, the media, even back then, was completely

and totally out to get any Republican that would be in office. And that at the time was Bush.

So he got killed for that.

And he visited New Orleans something like 19 times, like after it happened, just to make sure

that everything was going all right as far as rebuilding.

But it didn't matter.

Like his presidency was done.

In August of 2005, his presidency was done because he was seen not as a strong leader like
