Well, we've got lots to get to today.

Hey, the disgusting nightmare of a district attorney, Alvin Bragg,

or one step closer to getting rid of them.

There's been some movement, some progress.

We'll get to Joe Biden, and his Supreme Court pick. We'll get to Eric Adams.

So the Supreme Court Justice Breyer is retiring. Apparently he didn't know he was retiring just yet.

He is being pushed out the door a little early. He, uh, did you know when his term is up? Is at the end of the year?

There's no term. You serve life. There's no term, but apparently there are, not term, but there's

court sessions. Oh, right. The term of the court. October.

I think it ends in October.

So I think he had kind of let everybody know that this would be his last Supreme Court term.

Like when it's over, the court has a, it's like a baseball season.

In other words, it's like Tom Brady, when the season is over in October.

He had said recent years, he said he would retire at some point.

He said, I'm not going to die in that chair.

I'm not going to die in that office.

So it was known he would retire at some point. And then recently he was making noises that at the end of this Supreme Court term, he

would retire.
