So glad we're going to spend the hour together, and we've got lots of very important news to be able to share. First off, though, I want to remind you, this month's Truth Tool is called Worth It. It really does answer the question of whether or not following Jesus is worth it. Because when you look outside your front door, you understand that the winds of animosity continue to howl against Christianity. And I'm not a weatherman, but I'm going to guess the stormfront's coming in. And my guess is that we're going to have cap five winds eventually against the message of the cross, the offense that that message brings. But just remember, in the end, the world gets divided into two camps, those who said yes and those who said no.

And choose you this day whom you will serve.

But as for me in my house, we will serve the Lord.

So worth it is just a wonderful way of my saying thank you and encouraging you at the same time to stand up, stand up for Jesus.

To awake, oh, sleeper, to get some spiritual heft on your bones and be a courageous Christian in these latter days.
