case. It's actually Joe Biden's case. One of his top, top guys in the Justice

Department came to New York to run the case. So the judge is to rule today. Now you got to remember,

Trump is not actually a convicted felon. They love to say he's a convicted felon. He's not technically

a convicted felon yet until sentencing. The judge convicted felon. They'd love to say he's a convicted felon. He's not technically a convicted felon yet

until sentencing. The judge could dismiss the case today. Sentencing is to be a week from now.

I guess they're in the courtroom now at any moment this could break, so we'll bring it to you as soon as it happens.

Every great legal expert says the judge has to dismiss this case, but a lot of people

Now, the problem is, if they go ahead and convict and sentence, it then goes to appeal,

and there's no way on earth this case could ever hold up on an appeal.

Trump didn't do anything that anybody could ever be charged with.

They can't figure out what the crime is or what the charge is.
