Well, it's Friday.

That's the good news.

It's officially summer.

This is actually the first full day of summer.

We may have, let me just see, we may have some Supreme Court decisions breaking at any moment.

They're going to release some new opinions.

A lot of big cases, immunity, all of that.

Also in Florida, the Trump documents case, which is pretty much shot.

Turns out Jack Smith, this crazy, sleazy prosecutor, tampered with the evidence. He denied it to the court for a couple of

weeks. Then he confessed in writing. He said the evidence had been altered. So that put the case

on hold for a long time, probably until next year. But now, the judges agreed to a hearing on

whether Jack Smith should even be the prosecutor. You now, the judges agreed to a hearing on whether Jack Smith should

even be the prosecutor. You know, you've got former attorney generals who have signed that letter

saying that Jack Smith is not legally qualified to even be the prosecutor. It has to be somebody

in the Justice Department. It has to be somebody who's confirmed. They snuck this Jack Smith in.

If you needed a special prosecutor, there's about 1,200 people in Washington, D.C., perfectly

qualified for that. They went halfway around the world to bring this dirty hitman back.

He five times before had been brought in to persecute, prosecute some Republican they didn't like.

And by the way, in all five cases, even though he got convictions, all that, in all five cases,

everyone was thrown out. Most famously, the Governor Virginia, McDonald, and went all the way

to the Supreme Court, and nine to nothing, they voted that Jack Smith, a total prosecutorial abuse, that the charges were just political nonsense.
