his eye when Fox announced the settlement with Dominion? No. We knew that they were going to settle that they weren't going to go to court.

Well, the shocking thing, I guess, was the number.

Yeah, because the whole company is only worth 80 million, so why would you settle for all that money?

If you go to the best legal analysts in the world, for instance, Alan Dershowitz, here's what he had to say, and this is pretty interesting stuff.

On appeal, they might have lost the case in Delaware.

He says Delaware is just the most corrupt place in the world to have to try one of these cases.

He says they have what they call home cooking. Everybody

incorporates in Delaware because of the favorable corporate laws, but they're all tight with

the local attorneys. The local attorneys all were clerks for the judge here in front of

at one time or another. And he said, you'll never get a fair trial in Delaware and the judge in this

case made some stunning rulings against Fox before the trial even started in the last week or two

he ruled you can't argue that the claims were true you can't do whatever the three obvious

defenses were he ruled that would not be allowed

in his courtroom. Now, Dershowitz pointing out, as a result of this kind of stuff, you'd probably

lose the case. But as soon as you got to an appeal, you'd win, in Dershowitz's words, a slam dunk.

Ridiculous rulings by the judge, you'd easily win an appeal. But that's two years, three
