So here's the bottom line on the banking situation.

You've had all the real experts, not the crazy partisans looking at it,

the real experts analyzing exactly what the problem is.

The big lie is him, he keeps pushing that it's a regulatory problem. If only Trump hadn't eased up the Dodd-Frank regulations a little, it was about

regulation. Now, the bottom line is this had nothing to do with regulations. Even the guy that

wrote Dodd-Frank, Barney Frank came out yesterday and said there's no connection between this crisis and anything with Dodd-Frank. It is not a regulatory problem. It's a supervisory problem. The banks were not being monitored and supervised like they're supposed to be.

The big failure, SVP, on the West Coast, that would be the San Francisco Fed, that office was supposed to monitor the bank.

They weren't doing it.

The other agency that's supposed to be monitoring it is the Treasury Department, Janet Yellen.

They were not monitoring the banks.

Now, in the case of SVP, you had a bank making crazy insane decisions instead of proper investing.
