version, I would do literal separate episodes. And we still do that, of course, for those that are

avid podcast listeners. But a lot of you kept on saying that you want to hear more of what you

hear on the YouTube channel. You want to hear it here because it's just easier.

You listen to it on your journeys, on your commute, long drives. I appreciate that. So for the

holidays this week, I'm giving you a nice jam-packed Hot Topics episode because there are
