And so we're going to talk about,

we're going to celebrate a King today. I hope you had a copy. I hope you're getting your breakfast as well. If you were here, I would cook you breakfast. But how are you guys this morning?

We're going to talk about Dr. King. I'm going to talk a little bit about, I'm not going to

inundate you. Don't worry about it. We're going to talk about a little bit about what's happening in

Washington, D.C., but not in the way where we're going to pretend like this is some real normal

stuff that we need to be talking about. We're not doing that. But I do want to tell you that

Martin III, who is Dr. King's son, was on Meet the

Press yesterday, giving a really good contrast of the two men, one of them a dreamer, one of them

a schemer. Here's Martin III, and this will really put into context, contextualize how we're

going to cover today's events. So here we go.

This year, the day that we remember and Mark, your father's legacy, falls on the same day of the

inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump. What will you be listening for in his speech?

You said you're going to be paying close attention.

He has said that he wants to create some semblance of unity.

Now what that means is you've got to be in dialogue with everybody.

If you really want to bring the nation together so that it is the manifestation of what we call ourselves, the United States of

America. We're not reflective of the United States of America right this moment in my judgment.
