But of course 15 years of hot fuzz, the cracking Edgar Wright's Simon Pegg Cobb comedy

that was their follow up to Sean of the Dead.

It opened 15 years ago today in 2007 on the day, perhaps better known the world over as

Simon Pegg's birthday.

Oh, and some saint or others day, I'm not quite sure of the details.

And so please accept the following as our birthday gift to you.

A birthday gift will make a lot of you listening to Lissett home feel very, very old.

Recently as part of our all day celebrations of episode 500, we were joined by Messer's

Wright and Pegg live on stage at King's place for a one hour deep dive into hot fuzz, which

was all kinds of fun.

Let's call it if you will a spoiler special.

Now ordinarily we keep these spoiler specials for those who subscribe to our spoiler special

channel.

That's kind of how this thing works.

But with this one and indeed with all the shows we did as part of our 500th episode celebrations,

I felt that it should be widely available, you know, for the greater good.

Oh yeah, there's no one around to echo that.
