A long-time podcast followers will know that I've been dealing quite well with

tinnitus for years.

It's recently developed into hyperacucis, which took me completely by surprise,

because it means that you're simultaneously deaf in Monier and everything's too loud.

I know, work that out.

It's really stupid.

But it's true.

It did freak me out for a couple of weeks.
