I mean, it happens all the time.

People think they're alone alone and they're not your

direct ask you a question and believe or not you don't have an answer and maybe

it's urgent right so what is one to do? Yeah we get these notes all the time that people say thank you, thank you, thank you.

I didn't know what I was doing. I didn't want others to know that I didn't know what I was doing.

And folks, the simple fact of the matter is you can rest easy.

You're in the vast majority if you don't know what the right answer to stuff is.

Almost nobody knows what they're doing when it comes to management. Everybody else is fearful too.

Everyone else is afraid that people are going to find out they don't know what they're

doing.
