Back in 2002, Horst sold the Ritz-Carlton to Marriott and then

co-founded the Capella Hotel Group which has built some of the world's most fantastic

hotels. Most recently horse Horst published a book called

Excellence Wins, which is a master guide to entrepreneurship and leadership. I devoured the book in two days.

Horst and I sat down to talk about the book,
