And this week I wanted to talk to you about the upcoming Mars Saturn

opposition which will be taking place on July 1st and the Mars Uranus Square

which will be taking place on July 3rd.

Mars.

Poor Mars.

I feel so bad for Mars.

Mars has got to be the most maligned planet in all of astrology. Now Mars is by no means the most nefarious or the most difficult. I mean Saturn has quite a reputation and so does Uranus and Pluto. But there's something about Saturn that people find fascinating, not because it's the planet of tests, trials, and tribulations, and decay, but because it's also a planet that's given the additional attributes of being a teacher. Nevertheless, there's something that we learn in the end or Uranus, although it can be revolutionary and upsetting, it still carries with it an element of enlightenment.

And Pluto, perhaps the most foreboding of all the planets in astrology, still carries with it that that quality of transformation, that promise that no matter what kind of hell we slog through we will be

reborn in the end. But Mars is still the bad boy, feral in its energy, connected with a violent temper and being

upsetting and bringing nothing but difficulty and combat and fight. It doesn't even bring a struggle. All it does is it's it's cholera, it's it's hot-tempered, and it can even be malicious and cruel.

Perhaps the best thing that can be said about Mars or is set about Mars nowadays

is that it's athletic.

Well, there's more to Mars than is that.

Mars has a particular mission in astrology a very specific purpose in our horoscope.

It's Mars job to make sure that you get the things that you want in your life,

okay?

If you happen to fancy something or desire something or want to challenge yourself to be better than you are, it's Mars and its placement in your chart and in the sky that is going to ensure that you get it.
