Summary
Welcome to HOOVERING, the podcast about eating. Host, Jessica Fostekew (Guilty Feminist, Motherland) has a frank conversation with an interesting person about gobbling; guzzling; nibbling; scoffing; devouring and wolfing all up… or if you will, hoovering.
This week I’m joined by a productivity ninja, no less, author of a book called ‘work fuel’ which is all about eating in the most productive way possible - Graham Allcott. We talk about everything from whether sugar addiction exists to my hatred of the word ‘willpower’ and this episode includes some fascinating stuff about how what we scoff and guzzle can affect our energy throughout a day and night.

I mentioned a pub down there which certainly used to at least, do half and half roasts - called the LION AND LOBSTER
The frankly terrifying energy drink he talks about is called MONSTER
THIS is Yorkshire decaf tea and THIS is Dairy Milk ‘Darker’, actually I said it wrong it’s called Cadbury Darkmilk, whatever the fuck that means.
