Hi everyone it's Jason Gibbs from Cleveland Browns Daily and the University

hospitals Cleveland Browns radio network we wanted to post some audio in honor of our

great friend and the voice of the Browns Jim Donovan from our pre-game show on Sunday morning before the Browns took

down the Ravens with the help in our eyes of the great Jim Donovan from up above.

We wanted to play some of the pre-game interviews because obviously the news came out on

Saturday afternoon Sunday was the first chance for people to really react and as a

broadcast family and the Browns family we wanted to honor him the best way possible and we had friends

from all over the broadcast world right here in our own building and a Hall of

Famer to join us to reflect and honor the legacy of Jim Donovan.

First up, it's the head coach of your Cleveland Browns, Kevin Stophanski.

He wanted this win for so many reasons, but the number one reason was to be able to present

Jim's family with that game ball which he and Andrew Berry did on Sunday night.

Kevin sat down with us once the news broke on Saturday here's that interview.

Well coach you know we lost a friend and an icon in an institution in this

community into this organization and Jim Donovan I know that you and he became

very close you know how can you kind of put into words what

he's meant to you and what he's meant to this team in the city this region the

fans all around the world well I don't think I can I think that's too hard to do

uh... Jim he will be missed.

You know, it's a somber day and obviously I'm thinking about Jim,

I'm thinking about his family.
