It was the honor flight for Northeast Indiana.

They had their 50th flight to Washington, D.C., and it's a big milestone for them.

They have now flown over 3,000 veterans to the nation's capital.

Okay, so honor flights.

Now, is it veterans of all

conflicts and wars? It doesn't have to be a specific. It is. It's any honorably discharged

veteran can apply to go on these honor flights. And what these honor flights are, it's a special one-day

trip. They take veterans to Washington, D.C.
