I hired a personal trainer, which that's not that weird, I guess, because I'm working out a lot. But my body still looks like shit. I mean, it doesn't like shit. It looks fine. It's a fine body. It's just not a great body. But for as much as I work out, I want to make sure that I'm like maximizing my, I'm getting like the most benefits out of my workout you know what I mean |

So it's been kind of fun for me. So the one thing though, she's like, the most important thing that I want to focus on with you right now, we'll kind of work with everything else. Especially because you're vegan is I want to focus on how many grams of protein that you're getting. And I'm like, okay, no problem. I'm sure it's ample, right? Because, I eat, I have these meal preps that come into my house and I'm like, I'm sure I'm doing great on protein. She's like, okay, well, I need you to focus on getting 170, because my goal weight's like 175. And I'm not, I'm not far off. I'm like 180. I had my physical last week. I'm like 183.
