Let's call to mind all of those we've promised to pray for.

On this holy Thursday we meditate on the great gift Jesus has given us on this day

in the Eucharist. When Jesus instituted the Eucharist at the last supper, he

commanded the Apostles, Do this in memory of me.

What did Jesus mean by this? In memory or memorial means the death and resurrection of Jesus are to be made

present every time the Eucharist is celebrated so that his saving work may continue in us and in the world.

In the Catechism of the Catholic Church we find,
