I mentioned these fears. I called them the three fears of devolution, right? They're going

against our evolution as we are now. And yet at the same time, the fear of not enough as

one of these fears of devolution also got us here. Like it also helped us evolve. Like,

you know, being like, oh, I'm afraid I won't have enough food for the winter. I guess

I better stockpile got our ancestors through some hard winters, for example, or my ancestors

anyway. So I feel like these fears, even though they got us here, it's kind of like we're

at the top of the crest. And if we keep living by these rules, like the living by these

rules is sort of what's ultimately harming us and standing in our spiritual evolution,

it's standing in the way of our, I feel like our next step.
