real soon. Hey y'all. Welcome back. Today I am having a discussion with my good friend Leah Blondin.

She and I have been connected on Instagram for quite some time. But honestly,

it seems like the Instagram overlords don't like her content very much because it hardly ever

comes up on my feed. So when I started to seek it out, I began to recognize, wow, the kind of stuff

that she's posting is actually right on par with a discussion that I've wanted to host on the show for a really long time, which is all about holistic health.

So as some of you may know already, I was a new age and a large facet of the new age world is health and wellness, oddly enough.

But it's really from a place of like self-sovereignty

and spiritual enlightenment in that sense. So I was really into that before I got saved. And when

I came to Christ, my love of health and wellness never went away. But it did shift because, you know, my understanding became

through the lens of the Holy Spirit that my body is actually a temple of the Holy Spirit. And so

the Lord has given me a responsibility to steward it well. And so what I've just noticed in

general, however, is that there's been not only silence in the church when it comes to our health and wellness, but overall, for those of us that do seek, you know, ways to steward our body well, because of the silence in the church, it's really only like we can get this kind of information through the occult.

It's only these new age modalities and these new age voices that are telling us all about health and wellness.

And so the enemy, as we know, infiltrates everything.

He steals, kills, and destroys everything.

He perverts God's creation. He perverts God's design. And the health and

wellness world is really no different. So my friend Leah actually comes from New Age just like I do.
