Good morning my friends. Welcome back. It is time for the morning mindset.

Time for you and for me to get our minds aligned with the truth of God.

I want to do something right here at the beginning of this episode that I have not done before.

I want to ask all of you to join me right now, whatever time you're listening to this,

in prayer for a fellow listener to the morning mindset. I received an email

from a dear sister a few days ago. Her name is Carla and she is 45 years old of mother and a grandmother and has just

discovered a week ago that she was diagnosed with colon cancer. I know we all have been touched by the disease of cancer in some

way shape or form in our lifetimes and I want to pray right now. Carla says

the peace of her Heavenly Father is placed in her heart is a miracle all in

itself and I would absolutely agree with that but I want to pray for a number of things.

I want to pray that the Lord would heal her of that cancer.

I want to pray that he will give great grace to her family during this time and that

he also will enable this event to bring great glory to himself that she can see.

Let's pray together.

Lord, thank you for Carla's testimony of your great peace that exists in her life and thank you for giving

her that peace during this hard time.

And I ask Lord that you would strengthen her faith, you would make her a beacon of hope for those around

her that they would marvel how at peace she is and the work you're doing in her life in spite of this

terrible news?

And Lord, I ask that you would give great grace to her family,

that you would show yourself to them and to those around her.

And Lord, that you would bring healing to her body in Jesus name.
