I spend a lot of time thinking about how to help you, not just sleep, but wind down and relax. And I want you to have

as many tools in your toolbox as you need for that. One that I use a lot, and I'm actually using right now as I record this is a weighted pillow.

For me, it's easier to use than a weighted blanket.
