Let's talk about growing a seasonal plant.

That would be the Poinsettia. So this is a plant. I actually saw

production of Poinsettia at a massive scale up in Northern California last year.

Really interesting to see how they have to perfectly plan the production and growth of these plants so that they actually get them to all of us for the holiday season.

So let's just say that you've grabbed your first Poinsettia, right?

And you're ready to grow it.

Congrats, I just did the same thing,

and we need to figure out how to care for it.

The first thing you want to do is unwrap it.

Usually they will be wrapped and the reason why is because low

temperatures can damage the plant. They don't really want that. Unrap it you

want to place it in indirect light.

Around six hours of indirect light a day is ideal.

Don't bump it right up next to a window.

The reason for that is because again, a cold window, there's going because again a cold window.

There's going to be a colder zone right next to that window and those cold temperatures
