0:29.3	Today we are going to discuss some easy vegetables to plant in early spring or late winter basically right
0:37.5	around now as spring starts to approach for many of us not all of us but of us, and I hope you are one of those people.
0:44.8	So here's some things that I've been planting in my garden and the reason why they are so easy.
0:51.5	Sugar snap peas are extremely easy. You don't have to do much to them. They grow like
0:56.9	crazy. They're a legume, so they're a nitrogen fixer in the soil. Great crop to plant before the summer. And and honestly most of these don't make it into the
1:05.3	kitchen because as you harvest a pee you harvest them as they become ready so that you have
1:11.1	more and more growth of pea pods.
1:13.5	And what that tends to mean is you go out,
1:16.1	you're tending to your garden,
1:17.1	you have a nice morning snack of snap peas,
1:19.9	and they don't make it into the kitchen.
1:22.0	That's just kind of the recipe
1:24.0	that seems to play out over and over again.
1:27.2	Now, the next thing that I would recommend,
1:28.9	while it is still relatively cool,
1:31.4	give spinach a try.
1:33.2	You can harvest it in a cut and come again fashion.
