And what a dramatic way to get back to the postseason as Johann Rojas, the rookie called up just about a month ago to hopefully provide a little defense in center field, continues to do everything and more the Phillies could have asked in a total team effort here this season.

And in this game on Tuesday night as

the Phillies win the first game of their series against the Pittsburgh Pirates, 3 to 2 in 10

innings.

And thanks to a huge Atlanta comeback against the Cubs, the Phillies also clinched the top wildcard

spot here on Tuesday night.

So the Phillies locked in as the number

four seed in the National League playoffs, and they will host the wild card round against either

the Diamondbacks, the Cubs, or the Cincinnati Reds against the Miami Marlins as well.

Those are the teams battling it out for that number two and number three spot in the wild card chase.

Anyway, the Phillies get into the playoffs on the walkoff hit.
