conversation, guest and topic lined up for you today. It's something I've been wanting to do

on the podcast for a really long time. But before I get into the details of today's episode,

I wanted to remind you that my teaching yoga to beginners course is now

live. This is a 30 plus hour virtual training for yoga teachers who want to understand what it

takes to teach beginners yoga skillfully and effectively. This course is happening in May. If you remember my pranayama training from last year,
