You said this before, but it's absolutely true

and we should reinforce this a bit.

I mean, hiring is easier.

If they're qualified and we don't find the

negatives and they're a fit for the team all that kind of stuff you know hiring

it's an easy decision to make managing them a little harder yeah exactly and

go into your eyes open. Yeah, we need to

evaluate the candidate's propensities for the issues that they might have during

the interviews.

We don't necessarily need to ask them questions
