Oh my gosh, of course. Thanks for having me. I have four daughters and they're all obsessed

with you. What? Obsessed. How old are they? Well, the oldest are in college and they

are 23 and 21 and I would say they are the most obsessed because they're the ones who

like are interested in fitness. Got it. And then the younger ones are 15 and 13.

Yeah. That's what it is. So I wanted to hear your, I have lost a lot of weight and I find

that I can have glimpses of body dysmorphia just based on my day to day looking in a mirror

on one day. I feel super good about how I look and then the next day having not gained
