You know, they say

You can't please all the people all the time

Yeah

And as much you may try

Do that, it's always going to be

I try so hard.

Yeah, it's always going to be an exercise

And just insanity

Yeah, that you're going to drive yourself nuts

Something you can't accomplish.

So we have some people

That hit us up on a regular basis, and those people are lovely.

Constructive criticism, participation in the show, always great, calling in, texting in, email, whatever it is.

And there's some other people who are just troublemakers.

And those people we send to the crossroads, because this is not one of those, the customers always customers always right situations and quite frankly we don't need someone being a turd in our punchball

as we're just trying to have a good time around here so real uh these are all people that uh sent in

their feedback either uh to our email they could have texted in a lot of that station feedback so

they go to the website and they click contact us, and

it gets sent to, yes, our program director and some other people, because people aren't quite

sure where those are going to go.

It might be something, hey, question about a contest I heard about, or it might be a request
