So I had another question from someone that wanted to know,

So this is a waste product from muscle metabolism.

Another waste product from dietary protein would be urea,

but this is mainly from the muscles. So each day

you have a conversion of creeatin to creeatin at 1 to 2 percent and there are several

reasons why you may have a high creeinin level on keto that's not pathological.

Number one, you're consuming way too much protein, especially cooked meat, okay?

So normally you want to do a moderate amount of protein,
