disturbing 911 call. Well yay. This call will almost undoubtedly make you tear up and by the end of this episode

you're going to be extremely pissed off and I'm talking to everybody.

We're going to Fort Smith, Arkansas for the story.

Now, Fort Smith actually sits right on the Arkansas River

and that little bit of information is crucial to the story.

August 24th, 2019. There had been a lot of rain in the area, some

flash flooding. That's when Debbie Stevens left her house very early in the morning. It was still dark outside.

She was going to do what she did every day, deliver the Southwest Times newspaper.

As Debbie continued on her route, the skies literally let loose.
