And now your host from youngwifesguide.com, Jamie Belmay.

0:19.7

Hey, ladies, welcome back to the podcast. We are back to talk about one of my

0:24.1

current favorite topics. We're going to be talking about bread and bread making, but not just

0:30.6

bread making, but all kinds of things you make with flour and with grains. And we're going to be

0:35.6

talking about freshly milled grain. So if you

0:39.2

don't care about this topic at all, please feel free to skip this episode. You can come back. But

0:43.5

1:24.3

more important for you if you have those things to grind your own wheat. Anyway, I had been, I've had friends who've ground their own wheat for years and I've looked at it and I've considered it.

1:34.6

And I've just felt like I was too busy and it was ridiculous.

1:37.6

And I just really didn't.

1:39.7

I've gone back and forth on it.

1:41.4

Anyway, Stacey's the one who finally convinced me, I need to do this.

1:45.5

And I jumped in. And I'm so excited. So episode number 117, I had her on and we were just chatting about healthy living, all those things, grinding your own wheat, being one of those.

1:56.7

And I have had, since then, I've had so many questions and follow-ups.
