Since last we talked Jeff, Hamas has disappeared into ghosts. There are casualties now and again, but no major fighting to report

airstrikes, but no major casualties to report discontinuous from before.

However, the story may be that the IDF no longer feels

it necessary to keep a large force in Gaza. We're told that the IDF is

withdrawn from Khan Yunus. When it comes to the southern border, the Philadelphia route, a hostage was found in one of the

tunnels just sitting by himself, I'm told so far, came across by the IDF. Those tunnels lead into Egypt. Is that the

problem Jeff solving that? If we solve the tunnels from Egypt into Gaza,

does this not happen again?

I'm uncertain about that, John, because of the ingenuity

that Hamas has shown over the years.
