Summary

In March 1968, U.S. Troops entered the Vietnamese Village of My Lai searching for Viet Cong Guerillas.  Before the day was over more than 500 unarmed Vietnamese civilians were killed.  Helicopter Pilot Hugh Thompson Jr. and his crew members Glenn Andreotta and Lawrence Colburn courageously ended the massacre by turning their weapons on their own troops.
