I'm your host, Jack Spencer. Jack Haggard is back with us today. Jack, how are you, sir? I'm doing well. How are you? Very good, very good. Are you looking forward to another awesome podcast? Yes, I am. That's good. I think this is going to be a good one. But before we get to it, I got to ask you to have any, any stories, what's going on? Yeah. Sort of what's going on in your life, man? Well, my wife's due date and graduation date are fast approaching. That's exciting. I didn't know that there was a due date in your future. That's right. About a week. Wow. That is just around the corner.

The question is, will she graduate first or give birth first?

Well, that is a good question. What is your prediction?

I think that the relief from finishing finals will trigger the start of the birth.

All right, all right.

So right before graduation.

All right. Well, it's going to be an exciting few weeks for you. That's awesome. Having kids is a lot of fun. It's a lot, a lot of fun. I have a story to tell, but now it feels kind of weird, but I'm going to tell it anyway. Because my story, your story is about giving life. Mine, in a weird sort of way, is about taking it.

I, you know, I've talked on the podcast before that I have these chickens.

And I don't know that I've mentioned before, but when we bought the chickens,

we thought that they were all egg layer chickens, but two of them were roosters.

And Jack, I don't know if you know anything about chickens, but roosters can be aggressive.

Super, super aggressive, in fact.

And luckily, Mother Nature took one of our aggressive chickens.

I'm not quite sure what happened to it.

But it took it.

And over the last, I don't know, a couple of months months this rooster of virus has been getting more and more aggressive and uh as of yesterday that rooster is no longer threatening

or terrorizing my family uh because i took that chicken out jack took that took that chicken out. I've, it's the,

you know, I also talk a lot about hunting and fishing. This is the first domestic animal
